Looks like you took that picture right from TKGN1's thread, in which he stated:
Just put on new wheels from Intro Wheels (GT sport), 17 X 10 on rear (315 nittos), 17 X 8 fronts (245 nittos).

Ive seen knock offs of that by American racing and Pacer wheels.
