Why Won't My Tcc Engage!!!

i just recived my trans back from it's second rebuild in 300 miles and installed a brand new lock up converter and i still have NO tcc engage. i have checked solinoid activtion witrh a scan tool and it indicates that the solinoid is being commaned on but the damn thing still won't lock up. ever since the first rebuild i have no lock up and i'm about fried with the whole thing the car has sat for anout a total of three months so far waiting for parts ands service and i just can't seem to get things straight . one morething i got about 8 miles on it and the trans suddenly would not go into over drive at all are the things related or what , i'm at my wits end with this thing all i want to do is drive my car and enjoy it so far it's been a nightmare. if someone has any info please let me know. thanks everyone for your help

How about getting together with the transmission builder on this problem? If it's not working correctly right out of the box, the builder should be involved in the solution.

Did it previously have a non-l/u prior to the first rebuild? if so possible they never changed the valve in the pump.

Check the Brake Switch

The TCC unlocks when you step on the brakes. Check to see that the switch on the brake pedal is properly adjusted to the correct distance.

thanks everyone for your help and suggestions i found the problem last night the swich on the brake pedal was way out of adj. i adj and lock up never felt so good thanks everyone
