Will my turbo shield fit?

I'm selling my 6162re and buying a little bit bigger precision turbo. I'm still torn between that 6262 and the 6765. Either one should be able to feed some more air to my new long block.

I've test fit my polished turbo cover over the oil supply lines and everything fits good on the 6162re. But now I'm considering going with the 4" in/ 2.5" out. Would that affect my turbo cover fitting in any way? I'm thinking that would only affect the cold side of the turbo and the sheild only covers the hot side. I didn't think it would be affected but thought I should ask.
