I have one from Kirban. Don't no what brand it is but it says made in the USA and a part number 2192. It also has a garment with it

Aren't they still available new from any GM dealer?

I couldn't get one and I work at the dealer. Buddy and I just went through this. We bought 8 of the standard brand pcv (which is metal like the original) on a closeout deal from rockauto, 4 work pretty good and 4 arent worth a crap and there wasnt any rhyme or reason as to why.

Yea I even called Kirban today. He doesn't carry OEM ones. There's a few OEM listed on ebay but only one look actually OEM

I have an OEM that works great now but I got it from a guy who had an extra and I need to replace the one he gave me
