I'm certain the perp was a knucklehead! but the cop had 2other officers with him... 1 guy in cuffs, 1 with hands up and one face down... Should of just gave an easy "beat down" THEN none of this would have happened....The situation didn't seem that out of control that 3 trained officers should...
