Chev/Buick dealer installed/replaced new rear main seal last year............my 87 Turbo T sits in the garage with a few rides here and there. Yesterday, i start the car to find a puddle of engine oil. How could this seal Fail so prematurely???

I need a PASSENGER visor with the assembly support for an 87GN with T-tops. {Don't know if they are different from a hardtop} Mine has a hairline crack at the "Knuckle" causing the visor to Droop Plus the spring has lost it's tension and the visor "swings" back upon acceleration...

The kits ALL recommend that a "professional shop" replace these seals, but is it really that difficult? Anyone do it themselves with good or bad results? Thanx Tom

Explain this to me..........I bought a Gn with a heated O2 sensor, BUT the original sensor is still wired to the original single lead wire and simply zip-tied to the alternator bracket {????} Can I disconnect this or will the engine show a code? Thanks

Has anyone done this upgrade? I assume the intercooler neck has to be cut, but how is the Dutt neck installed? Welding? Not an easy job! I'm thinking of a few possible problems............like the new neck has to be at the EXACT same Height and the same EXACT position or else the connecting...
