After looking at the link and looking at what I could see on the car its not the same. Example the canister has some other connections. Etc... Does someone have the same year Monte/Buick???? Theres gotta be one out there!!!

Im woundering if someone can help me out with a picture of how the vacume lines are connected. I looked at the pitcure my radiator has but its kinda faded . I have a 1980 Monte Carlo 3.8 Turbo Any help is appriciated.

I also have a carb on my car. The pump is a out of gas tank (mechanical)..

So I installed the furl pump the other day and now the car doesnt want to start all it does is turn over!!! Before I even replaced the pump the car would turn on for about 5 secounds then shut off. Now its not even doing that what could be wrong? I check all the hoses that go to the pump and...

Where could I find this engine code? Doent the 80 monte carlo have the same engine as the buick?

No the fuel pump is located near the power stearing....

I need to install a fuel pump into my Monte and I know we all have the same engines... So any help would be greatly appreciated.. Also how do I replace the turbo gaskets? Do I need to remove turbo and carb???

Heres my 1980 Monte carlo (IN THE WORKS)... It has been sitting for about 9 years with a new rebuilt motor... Currently it needs a fuel pump and turbo gaskets....... Oh and a new paint job.... [/IMG] [/IMG]
