Anyone sell Turbo downpipe flange?

I am looking to put a Buick turbo (probably a TE-60) into another application, but the downpipe is my problem. Where I want to mount the turbo, using a stock elbow won't work as it will point in the wrong direction.

So I was wondering if anyone sells a turbo downpipe flange. Looking for one to bolt to the a turbo with the wastegate puck. Much like the Terry Houston Downpipe with no downpipe.

Try Southeast Turbo. They have 2 styles of downpipes for sale as of yesterday on eBay. Best wishes. Gary L.
