Bypass Wire

Hello, I'm at work and can't access diagrams right now.
I have a open circuit between my ECMs D5 wire and Pin B at the module. Tan wire with black stripe.
Could someone look at the diagram and tell me if the wire goes straight from ecm to the ignition module. If it does I'm going to just run a new wire. Thanks

I installed a new TR6 and I'm getting a code 42 and a rapid flashing green light on run led while engine is running which indicates an open or short between the D5 ecm harness and pin B on the ignition harness tan/black bypass wire.

Well I cut the wire at the ecm and the ignition harness and ran a new wire and reset the ecm and I am having the same problem. Any ideas

Fwiw I did have this problem once before but it went away after I changed the module and coil
