ck shift kit install

just got ck shiftkit was reading through directions. my car is about 400hp with ptc 2800 lockup convertor.on the 1-2 and 3-4 aaccumulator do I just put the plugs in.and should I leave center ball out of control valve.thanks for any help.

I have the same converter, a bit more HP but I plugged the accumulators and left out the control valve ball, it works well even with a dual feed which I also did.

thank you Jim that's what I thought but wanted to hear from someone who had done it.Did you do the3/2 control valve update mine says do away with blocker spring and put a cup plug on valve.

Yes I also performed the 3/2 control valve update using the cap plug on the valve. It works very well.

Same here, I used the plugs too. The CK shift kit works very well, my transmission had a night to day change with the CK shift kit and the CK rebuild kit. I couldn't ask for better results!
