Evaporator core

I have a 84 gn that I am doing evap core. Factory core has small tube pointing straight down. Cant seem to find replacement other than 86-87 style that points at pass fender. Anyone know of a correct core or can you find a 86-87 hard line to fit 86-87 core? Thanks! Bob.

are you talking about the hvac drain tube? If so I think they are the same.

No ,high side pipe coming out of evap. core that has orfice tube inside.

Sorry for the dumb question i misread your post. Ill look around but so far everything im finding is discontinued. Have you tried finding the entire high side ac line for 87?

The only place i know of is classicautoair.com but i dont know if they have them. One of the guys at my shop restores 60s corvettes so ill see what he uses
