It's a hydraulic roller cam from Comp Cams. The top two #'s are lobe profiles for the intake and exhaust lobes. You can probably research them on their site or shoot a PM to Bison or TurboBitt. It's ground on a 113 LSA with 3 degrees advance.

I hope this helps

230/230 dur @ .050, .316/.320 lobe lift ground on SB Chevy "S" masters at 113 LSA and 3 degrees advance. Not a very exciting cam.
The intake is from the 4x4 family, and exhaust from the street marine family. Basically really lazy non-aggressive lobes and to much overlap. Not a good cam for any application.

It could be re-ground to something more exciting

How the heck did you figure all that crap out? Lol. Years of experience I bet. NICE!

The Comp lobe master catalog is handy to have some basic knowledge of.
