highly modded regal with questions??

I would find out exactly what converter is in the car too. When I got my car it was supposed to have "a high dollar PTC". It wouldn't build any boost against the brakes, and 60' was in the 1.90s at best. It would still go to 3200 against the brakes at 0, but it was a $400 std converter from them. I got the numbers and got with Dusty, and he told me it would do exactly what it was doing. We spec'd the converter it needed and it's a totally different car now. Just something else you might want to look at.
 
Depending on his tune, he could throw timing in the 1/2 or lean it out a tad depending on where he is now.

My thoughts exactly, or possibly there ia boost controller limiting the bottom end for traction, but yes, timing and lean it out a tad. I dream of a transbrake on my streetcar, will have to get the jollies on the TSO when complete
 
I would also check and see if hes running stock fuel lines especially the return or if they have been upgraded .
