How Quick/fast should this combo go???

How Quick/fast should this combo go properly tuned??? I have yet to get to the track but just wondering what I should be looking to achieve. Combo is as follows:
John Craig TA-61 turbo
PTE front mount intercooler w/polished pipes
Braided stainless turbo oil and return lines
RJC power plate
Lower intake has been ported w/ new inntake gasket
CC980 valve springs
Armstrong XP fuel pump w/ hot wire kit
Volt booster
42.5lb injectors
Extender chip
2 Red Armstrong Chips R93H and R100H
LT1 Maf
Maf Traslator Plus
K&N Cone filter w/chrome intake pipe
Terry Huston Stainless Downpipe w/ dump
Flowmaster exhaust
9/11 torque converter 3500 stall
tranny cooler
S10 Rear brake cylinders
Adjustable FPR
New Springs in rear w/ RR airbag
90/10 shocks in front
American racing wheels 15X7 front 15x8 rear
Nittos Drag radials
Matching set of wheels with MT ET Streets

with a god tune and 60', mid/low 11's are not problem. With and even better tune high 10's.
I went 11.79 @ 118<--- 1.9 60' with a combo clsoe to that, I had a TE61 and a FMIC, had a very rough tune on the car, it was nowhere near dialed in
 
I did not see any ported heads, and that Flowmaster exhaust may hurt things.
I would say 23-25 psi, mid 11`s @ around 115-118. Maybe a bit quicker on a cool day with a good 60ft.
Also, keep an eye on things with Red`s 100 chip. I barfed a couple sets of head gaskets while using that back in the day. :)
