intercooler question

I currently have a mease 23 row stock intercooler with a 3in. inlet and outlet. I have gone 124 mph thru it @ 24lbs of boost. The question is this. I have an opportunity to trake for a new BA front mount with 2.5 in pipes. Based on my combo and mph would I pick up anything going to the front mount?

Seems like you need someone who understands the physics side of things here. From a theoretical standpoint it seems it is possible, with the expected cooler intake temperatures from a front mount. You would at least expect consistency of intake temperatures over a longer period of time with the front mount considering you would not have to deal with heat soak. \
