Maf t Wiring

I am hoping some one can tell me which wires from the factory maf plug go to on the translator. And which wires go from the translator to the maf. I have a t+ and a 5 wire maf that I'm trying to make an adapter for. I know caspers sells one but I already have the metric packs on hand so I'll make my own.
