I take it that this fan setup HAS worked for you before, and recently quit?
If so, the relay is a very likely candidate. It is located on the drivers side of the engine compartment. There should be two small black boxes side-by-side with a sheetmetal screw holding them to the sidewall. I believe the front one is for the fan, if my memory is correct.
Ihad a friend who's fan recently quit, and we pulled my relay off and swapped it to his car, and the fans started working. But then we put his back on, and it worked too. Just a bad contact obviously. Start with this.
