oil caps????

just went for first ride of the season in my new t and it has a k & n style oil fillcap...problem is it keeps falling off some how and of coarse its a mess does anyone have this problem? is there a better style cap that wont fall off? any help would be great... thanks in advance,

not 1 person has an oil fill cap with a filter that stays on ???????

Get some make your own gasket and cut it out so that there is more pressure between the oil breather and the valve cover. This is next on my list once global warming warms up the weather in northern Il. Good luck- Brad

Yeah mine was very loose at first too, seems like it stays in place better these days. Originally tried finding an o-ring or something that would hold it but no luck.

clean the cap real good and then put some silicone on it and let it dry-should work.
