Bought a new d/s lense and tried to install it this evening. It screwed together with the white backing piece fine, but when I went to install the black bezel, the bezel would not line up. Upon close inspection, I found that there is a slot along the top edge of the new lense, which the old lense did not have. I checked a couple other lenses that I had laying around and none had the slot. I took a couple pics but it might be hard to make out. The new lense is the one without the bezel attached. Has anybody run into this?
