What's up guys - Here is the beginning of my project - sure I'll need advise as I go. It's a frame up 1984 T-Top with an LC2. Probably long term due to funds and time, but thought I'd share.

Got some new hardware and started to assemble the SPC lower and upper control arms. Saving up for some 6Piston Wilwood Brakes to wrap up the front suspension.

Man that frame sure looks nice, lots of work to do.

Little update - Received all my Moog steering components today, and bought the 87 BRF Transmission that was originally installed on the motor I purchased a couple weeks ago. Owner did a full LS swap on his 87 GN, so I got just about everything needed to do my LC2 Intercooled swap. The trans looks like it was built with a deep oil pan and non-stock torque converter, but it too will get rebuilt at some point. I also ordered some SPC 1/2 inch taller upper ball joints, Bilstein front shocks, Moog 5606 front coils, and the insulators that go with them. Got everything for the front suspension except brakes and spindles.

Got some misc. parts back from powder coating. Installed Motor mount brackets and bumper supports to the frame using all Class 10 hardware. Also received various parts for the front suspension. It's coming along nicely.

Finished installing the front suspension. I'm now gathering some ideas on the rear end, and leaning towards upgrading to 30 spline moser axles and an eaton posi along with baer brakes.

Absolutely love seeing this type of restoration being done to our cars. Frame & suspension are looking great! Keep up with the good work.

Just posted a few pictures of the progress on the rear end. I installed some new moser axles with new wheel bearings and seals. Also welded on some tabs to the axle tubes for the braided lines where they connect to the hard lines. Installed the Baer 13" rear brakes.
