Replacing door/t-top seals - what do I need?

I had an article from gnttype.org that I can't find on their site now. It told how to replace weatherstripping. I've got the weatherstripping, but I seem to remember that article said you needed some other clips or something. What else do I need besides the seals?

Thanks...I wrote that many years ago...for the clips it's the small ones that hold the ends of the T-Top weatherstripping...I'm about 99% sure these are the clips you will need:

Where's the best place to find the "3M Black Strip Caulk". ?? I've been almost everywhere and can't seem to find the stuff. I know I'll need it especially to seal the new metal backbone I got.
