Do you have a PIC of the crack. How much for 2 seat belt covers, chrome strip ,dash cover ,and those ac vents look good are they nice?

I don't have a pic of the crack, it's right up against the raised portion of the dash about halfway across the speaker grill. I wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't been looking through the windshield.
The AC vents I noticed were loose going side to side, likely needed the small foam circle to hold it in place. The Up-down motion felt decent. They did look nice, just a couple of slight wear areas from moving the vents.
For all the parts you have listed above I would do $100 shipped.
