200r4 BRF trans, with manual dash switch. Convertor was locking fine for a day, now it quit locking. Dash switch is good, along with fuse, just installed AC Delco 2 pin pressure switch. Ground wire from (2 wire)TCC solenoid grounds to valve body., 12+ wire from TCC goes to 1 pin on pressure switch, 2nd pin on press. switch goes to case connector, then to 12+, switched,& fused. Been trying out the lockup at WOT and all speed ranges. Been switching lockup on & off, leaving it on and slowing down to see when it was unlocking(slowing down to 35 mph with lockup switched on, 4th gear pressure would drop enough and lockup would kick off) On upshifts, 4th gear lockup would kick on at 45 mph at easy throttle. Could the solenoid be bad, or the new AC Delco pressure switch? Or possibly the D5 convertor? Should I have only used the lockup feature on the e-way? What could have taken a dump so quickly? Any ideas??:frown:
