Turbo exhaust housings

Probably a dumb question (I have lots of those), but is there any difference between a Garrett .63 exhaust housing and a Precision .63 housing?

yes there is a difference between the two housings although they have the same designation.the pte is significantly larger with the ability to flow better,the garret is smaller and is quicker on the spool.hope this helps!

I asked the same a few months ago & got no answers, only about from an 82a/r to a PTE 85a/r housing!

Im pretty sure it's: Garrett spools faster / Precision better top end
