M Mr.Spool Well-Known Member Joined Nov 6, 2006 Mar 22, 2008 #2 yes there is a difference between the two housings although they have the same designation.the pte is significantly larger with the ability to flow better,the garret is smaller and is quicker on the spool.hope this helps!
