Vacum controlled A/C and Heater vent controls

Where can I get a diagram of the color coded vacum hoses used to control the vents on the TType. I can't seem to get any decent air movment through any other vent than defrost. So my intuition is telling me it has to do with the vacum controlled vent controller.

Additionally how hard is it to change out the blower motors on theese cars?

When no vacuum is available to the control, the default is to defrost. Check in the engine compartment for a hose that came off. You can also check the supply to the heater control to the left of the glove box. After checking for a vacuum supply let the board know if there is still a problem.

I'll check for vacum and post back, but let me say this. When switching from vent to Max air. I can clearly hear that sound of vacum being released that hissing sound. Hard to describe..
