I saw this picture at Kirban's then looked at mine. It's set up the opposite of mine. My hose is actually in the other side w/nothing on the other plug. Is this right? Do I need a filter on the plug with no hose?

yeah hook it up like that i dunno if you NEED filters but i use them on mine. I dont know what difference it makes being hooked up the way you have it though.

I think they work good either way. The last solenoid I got from my AC Delco distributor had the little foam filter, but it didn't last long. So I figured I would order another,but it had no filter. Nothing like a little regularity in parts supplies, huh?
