I'm having some surging issue's at mid boost part throttle. I pulled off the down pipe and inspected the waste gate (best I could) and the plate is loose on the shaft. Is that normal?
Looks like it closes all the way best I can tell, but noticed the plate was actually free to move around a little relative to the shaft when it is in the open position.
