I live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
You haven't herd we have been hit by the biggest flood in our history.
Now I don't live in the flood plain area or was damaged by the flood itself.
I did get some water damage from all the rain.
My question is, what do I look for when the damage is too extreme?
Like the walls or the wood frame and etc......

Id look for someone to look it over and let insurance take care of it,just call the experts as they will have tools to find moisture and mold, what may look like no biggie could become a big mess...

The area of concern is a finished wall that separates the laundry room from the rest of the house and maybe some Sheetrock. The water never got higher than a couple of inches.
