Window parts....

Anybody know the part number or even a description of the little piece that is at the top of the window that helps guide it in when being shut. It is a metal piece about a half inch wide, rectangle shaped and is covered by a black rubber piece (that tends to fall off a lot which causes scratches in the window tint). I need to know where to get the black rubber cover piece. Sorry thats the best description i got.

You can get a kit not the part(s) from Kirbans. There are two parts, Front belt stabilizer and a Rear belt stabilizer to help guide the window.

I think you're right about it being called a "blow-out clip". That's what it does anyway! The guy that puts together the kit Kirbans sells(Pete Serio) collects them at junk yards, and keeps them in his window fixing stash. You should be able to find them on any G-body from 78-87. Then again- Brian can fix you up at gbodyparts.com, I'll bet.
