I can see that...right now my stall speed is 1,600 so I would be making a little less than what I am making at 2000. And I am launching like sh*t at 1,600 so hp must play a role too which is what I was thinking. Why not go close to 3,000RPM Stall and launch with an extra 56hp off the line and...- 1M0MMY1

This may help to better explain my situation. I think stock speed is around 1,600 so I was thinking atleast 2,200 but you recomended a maximum of that. You are the expert but I just wonder what you think now. If I got the 18-2,200 like you said I will have almost no HP at launch which would...- 1M0MMY1

Correction, I ran my engine specs through my desktop dyno and the results were 204hp@4000RPM and 312ft-lbs@2000RPM So does that change what stall I should be running? Thanks- 1M0MMY1

Which high stall converter to use?
No this is not for a buick regal. Its for my Monte. The stall speed stock on mine are around 1,600 I think...so what do you think I should go with? I am putting out around 220-240hp and 300-315 torque if these figures help at all.- 1M0MMY1
