no forward gears?

What would make the trans have no forward gears. works fine in reverse,but nothing in any forward gear. I have looked threw the old posts and don't see this problem.

Is it worth the expense,and trouble of getting one of these for the 200 4r? When replaceing the plastic washer with a bearing(that must be .120 ? thicker) would the surfaces on the center support and direct drum be machined equally? And, does this make them weaker. That is really the...
