No manual 2-3 up shift at WOT

Problem started after refresh. It was working perfectly before that. I’m thinking it is valve body, but just kind of thrown off because I don’t have any issues with shifts in D/OD.

No manual 2-3 up shift at WOT

No slipping in any gear. There is just no shift when manually shifting from 2-3 under wide open throttle. It hits the rev limiter at 6400rpms in 2nd gear while the shifter is moved from L2 to D.

No manual 2-3 up shift at WOT

I was wondering if anyone has had an issue with 3rd gear not engaging when manually shifting from 2-D3. Light to moderate acceleration it will shift up from 2-D3 fine and back down to 2nd manually. Leaving it in D3/OD it will shift up and down through the gears fine. Recently had my 2004r...

    Buick Sportsman XFI install help

You shouldn’t have 5.0v with key on in the RawTps field. It should be a little under 2.0v if 1v is 0psi and 5v is 100psi. It looks like the sensor is doing its job if it’s getting an input of 5.0v at the rawtps field and showing 99.6psi. Where are you getting the 12v from? You could have a bad...

    Buick Sportsman XFI install help

I believe it gets the 12v from the orange wire off the battery. C16 on the factory ecu harness, but passes through the Casper’s adapter. If it’s the SSI transducer, you should need a 5v Power, ground, and signal to pin 28. Then you will need to scale/calibrate the fuel sensor from the same...

Powerlogger disconnects when tune button pressed

I have a friend that installed an older green board powerlogger with a SD2 chip. The powerlogger will connect and read live data, but disconnects when the tune tab is pressed. Is this a software, driver, or powerlogger issue? I want to say I’ve had the issue before but couldn’t remember the fix...

Pushrod wall thickness and spring pressure

That’s what I’ve been trying to find. I really didn’t find much searching on here about it.

Pushrod wall thickness and spring pressure

At what point are people moving to a thicker wall pushrod over the normal chromoly 0.080”? I was looking to fit a set of Pac 1203 valve springs on a set of Champion iron heads and had come across a lot of information about pushrod deflection. Looking at Pacs site it seems the valve springs will...

    Buick Sportsman XFI install help

Do you have a power signal to the fuel relay from the FAST? I had an issue with intermittent no prime with the KOEO and it turned out to be a bad relay. I assumed the relay was the issue killing my fuel pump every year. Running below half a tank most the time probably didn’t help my situation. I...

    Turbo Choice... 6766,6262?

I’d get the 6466 ball bearing. I thought the 6262 journal .63 housing was great in the street with 30psi, but the 6766bb .85 housing feels like it makes more power at 28psi and spools similar if you loosen the converter 200rpm. I guess it’ll depend on your converter. A 6266 could also be an option.

Broken Rocker arm and bent pushrod

The issue, bent push rod, I had was not apparent until the boost was pushed past 17psi. The notorious exhaust lobe on cylinder 3 was wiped. As we increased the boost to 24psi the exhaust lobes 0.134” lift was not enough to evacuate the combustion pressure. On the next cycle the intake valve was...
