    If you can have your shop make the passenger side connector like the drivers side then you should have no issues. i also had to heat my up pipe and do some bending to make the fitment better.

    Hi, the up pipe and headers are the ones off Ebay if you can find them. i had a local welding shop do some mods to help with the fitment.

    Coating? The DP in that picture was brand new, it doesn’t take long for it to start changing color due to heat. Its more of a bronze/gold color now.

    Honestly I don't know, i would think there are other brands that have good quality workmanship. Sometimes OEM is just better, i would rather have something that maybe doesn't look as nice as an aftermarket part, but is quality built.

    Ok, thanks, was trying to visualize what you were welding. i welded a piece similar to what is on the left side header where it mates to the crosstube on the right header as well. The right side is a pain in the a….. The connection relies too much on the band clamp, i always had a leak there...

    Ok, gotcha now. i have not had any issues on the up pipe, other than bending it with some heat and a long bar when i was trying to get everything lined up on initial install. i can't see any issue welding it at the joint, but you are going to lose ease of mating it to the turbo. Just my 2...

    Hi, do you mean welding it where they join up as a slip fitting? i have not had any issues with mine. Its definitely alot easier to work into position when its in 2 pieces. i think you may have sealing issues when you try and bolt it up to the turbo, i would just use the band that comes with...
