Headers wasn't cracked, I pulled off headers and exhaust was leaking from flange.

I found the problem. It's leaking from headers manifold to the head.

Sorry guys for late response. My phone wasn't updating the TB forum responses. I just noticed when I sign out and back in. Here is the latest update. I tried 2 different stock ignition working modules.(my test modules - we use a lot). Then I went to TR6 ignition. It fired up and idled alot...

I'm stumped too. If chain slipped a tooth cam sensor would be off and injectors timing would be off from compression stroke. Car wouldnt even idle or all cylinders would be glowing.

I thought the same thing. But it starts up good and only passenger side headers glowing. Not enough compression or flat cam not burning fuel. I tried unplugging each injectors on passenger side. Assuming it was stuck injector.

Here is @bird Brain PL file. Finally got car running and idling with set back to specs. Originally FP was to low at 32lbs with stock regulator. Added Accufab got pressure set @ 42lbs. Original injector harness was spiced and taped up, then replaced with caspers harness. Replaced Spark plugs...

Thanks everyone for the great feedback. I’m in the process making sure everything is working from fuel pressure increase on boost to stable volts to the pump. I still have this minor leak on turbo flange on the exhaust. Nick Micale has provided great knowledge and resources when I stop by his place.

My chip is setup for E85 and 22/24 boost. Does that mean I need to turn down boost to compensate for E51? I bought the car with E85 setup.

My thought process to compared the difference from tuning to drivability fuel pressure difference. Have you seen or heard them leak a lot? thanks for the info.

I picked up a used Kenne Bell one and ordered another one from Kirban to mount on Fuel rail. Maybe overkill..Im on E85 and in the process of replacing head gaskets. Currently I have the Direct Scan and planning on upgrading to PL. thank in advance!!
