I keep trying to reply to this on the mobile app but it fails.... I got it sorted out, the top of the copper gasket was hitting the valve cover on each port. Knipped those off and used permatex. Job done... No leaks. Thanks for the extra tips. BTW the flanges are straight.

Hey all, I installed the H4 plug n play harness today. Pretty simple install however when I turn on the brights the headlights go out completely. Thoughts and suggestions?

Thanks for the extra tip, I'll order the copper tubing for oil. Use the nylon for the boost gauge.
