Might be your problem. When cold it hunts around for proper idle. Turbo tweak chip and injectors might resolve the issue, either way will run so much better and safer. Stock chip had way too much timing for todays gas.

Yeah you're right, didn't realize guy hasn't been seen since 2018.

Let us know what you find. Do tape 3 pieces of yarn onto the hood at the center & split the difference between the center & ends by the windshield and see where the yarn goes at 30 to 60 MPH.
