    also was able to dig out some old photos of the undercarriage. used walnut shells to blast off the 40 years of road grime and old undercoating then primed and recoated. no more bitching that crap falls in your face when working under it. :)

    thanks! yeah, the stockers cleaned up real nice with some light glass bead blasting + prime + paint. as a bonus, black hardly shows brake dust so you don't have to clean them as often. 🙃

    Bummer, $11k on BaT? That's pretty ouch, off to eBay I guess. Will install all the AC components and see what happens. My reserve was just $17,500 but didn't even get close. Seems totally reasonable to be 50% the value of a basic '87 GN for a fully restored '85 T. 🤷‍♂️
