Okay, I guess that answers my question. I saw two starters on E-Bay. I was going to ask your opinion as to which one to get. One is a [9 tooth], like OEM piece, the less expensive one. It's true, when you speak to people "in the know" you get GOOD information! When I received starter that was supposed to come with "bolts" it didn't? Good morning. Thanks for reply. So, do they need to be shimmed? Or should I install without shimming, and "cross my fingers?"
