It wasn't always the darkryd. It was my brother's car before me and my father's before my brother. The darkryd was purchased in 1987 by my father. A keen interest in NASCAR growing up led him to a passion for Detroit muscle. That passion has lived on with my brother and I. I owned the '86 IROC and my brother the '87 GN. Since then, we've swapped cars. I think I got the better end of the deal. The car has been through a number of modifications as well as upkeep. Most recently (summer/fall 2016) we are exercising some hesitation demons. We are at a point where we are swapping in Known Good parts. The powerlogger has proved itself as a necessity. The hope is to continue to upgrade and improve performance at a pace that maintains performance. The next upgrades will likely be injectors/chip and possibly moving to an LT1 MAF and translator. Then we'll see whats next.
