    What's the biggest turbo I can put on my 87 3.8 liter Buick 109 block bored .030, stroked 3.625 crank, 6.350 H beam all forged, billet main caps, TA SE fully ported heads, girdled, RJC Mega Cooler???

    Like I said unless there is some reason you want to go as big as you can I would get something to match your combo . Something that will spool fast and give you the flow that your motor needs . I would contact Brian Bissonette on this board and see what he says . He is really good with turbo matching Ect.

    You also may wanna test the coil packs and ignition module. You can test the coil pack resistance with a voltmeter, I have one if you need it. The ignition module can be tested at Autozone. One last thing...check the clearance on the crank pos sensor.
    Here are the 3 ways to adjust the cam sensor. I know that you have the caspers cap but this may be worth a try. I noticed that the timing marks on your car had the paint rubbed off of the balancer. Measure that and see if it equals the 1.45'' they describe in these write ups.
