I'm planning on making a girdle on the jig borer at work. Should be pretty easy. Is there, available on the web a blue print for the 3.8l buick block? that would make my life so easy. If not I will use a gasket as a template and make a mock up out of 6065 aluminum. I plan on using...- doug64cutty

Thanks Mickey that info will help a ton. I'm just left deciding on whether to go with Hyperutectic or Forged. What are the symptoms of a stretched TV cable?
