Runs strong no blown head gaskets. Compressor is always wet of oil.Think it's a turbo problem?- elpoderoso84gn

what's going on guys new here. Need some tech info have a problem with my 84 GN. Throws white smoke from exhaust already rebuilt the turbo twice, had valve stem seals installed oil comes out of the compressor new pcv, good compression on all six cylinders.
