Have you driven the car???? Maybe your just not used to the feel of hydroboost. Sometimes you need to drive it to really get a feel for whether the air is out or not.
I've never seen any bearing failures on coolant in the oil on any Toyota's yet. Granted i've only been doing it 5 years but it is something to think about. I'll read the back of a coolant bottle tomorrow at work and look for silica.
I only have a downpipe on my car, it drones bad but spools FAST. That and the turbo whistles constantly and screams when in boost. One downside though is it scare's about every fast car I run into on the street away.
Hahaha, I was refering to buicks of a lesser level then your two examples. My car tuned poorly runs 12.0's which is fairly quick, and in my experience not much can keep up from a stop on the streets but from a roll on the highway it gets ugly. A prime example of this. 2007 Viper, I put him away...
These cars are not top end monsters, if you want a car to race from a roll don't get one. These cars hook hard and put people away early but on stock heads and full 3500+lbs they are not freeway racers.
Well I almost got the 11's that I was looking for but just didn't get enough runs in.

1/8 7.706

1000 10.076
1/4 12.108
mph 110.57
Do these times look normal????
I was there, didn't see any other turbo buicks out there. It was my first time at pacific or any 1/4 mile track for that matter. I got three runs in, best of which was a 12.1 at 110mph which was the same mph I ran on the previous 12.60 run. I am having some problems with what I believe to be the...
