An Idiot paints his bumper fillers
Those look like raw plastic goodmark fillers. Those dont require a primer. All you need to do is scuff with a gold scotchbrite with scuff paste or even glass cleaner, spray adhesion promoter, let flash, you can seal, or with black single stage, go straight to 3 coats of paint. 3.5 DP identity
The flange doesnt look like any TH pipes i have owned. The shape of it is definitely like a TH. The DLS is made with polished, chinese stainless, you would know if you had that. Definitely not a TA.
