Alright, went through checking and disconnecting everything with no success, until..... I changed out the ecm with a spare and the problem seems to be fixed. Do things like this happen often with the ECm's? Does anyone check and repair them?

Okay, unpluuged the trans harness and still blows the fuse. The fan delay relay, boost solenoid and canister purge are also on this fuse? If so, guess thats where I will look next

ah, so I guess I should disconnect the connector at the compressor and drive and see if the fuse still blows. And if it does the TCC maybe shorting and contine with all the others

Why would you suspect in with a flat tappet cam? Been staying away from the car for awhile due to frustration. BL's seem to be a little better after changing out MAF to translator LS1. At least while under a load, not while in OD and locked up numbers are closer to 128.

Have an ATR GNX dual polished 2.5 with their mufflers. I don't like the drone or the buzzy sound under boost. What are good stainless replacements, with good tone, don't have to be real quiet.

BLMs are from 90 - 120 under cruise and 114 or so at idle. I have changed O2 sensor, checked fuel return line,changed spark plugs and wires and fuel press regulator. Even changed injectors from 50's to 009. Other things have been mentioned( exhaust leak) how bad would exh leak have to be? I...
