    My speedometer cable is making noise when cold. Bought a 1 piece cable. Was doing a little research, will the 1 piece cable affect my cruise control or have any negative effects? Is the 1 piece cable better?

    Update- my friend came over and we used the cam tool. Got her running and everything is all well. Thank everyone for the help.

    Update- my friend came over and he did the tool with a drill. Oil pressure idiot light went off. We pulled the turbo oil feed line to verify- plenty of pressure. The bad- we lost timing. So will have to buy the Caspers timing tool and reset the cam sensor. Thank everyone for the help. Now what...

    So to update- filled the filter up 90% with oil. Filled the oil pump housing up with oil (it was dry). I don't have an oil cooler in my radiator so I don't have lines. Disconnected ECM, cranked for about 45 seconds, started it and oil light stayed on. Thinking next step is to remove cam sensor...
