Th400 and High RPM?
Nissan/rb26. I wanted a th400 for drag use and it appealed due to it's huge power handling capabilities, unfortunately when ever I explain my needs to a transmission shop they tell me it can't be done. So now I am trying to defunk this.- icydude

Hello, Can anyone tell me what sort of issues would be seen if a th400 was to be strapped to an engine that was going to visit 10500 rpm on the drag strip. 3100 lbs wet, 1200 whp/750 ftlbs(manual box) and 4.111 rear with 24.3 to 28 inch tires.
