Sounds like you're leaving no stones unturned. Be sure to have a reputable shop resurface the heads prior to reinstall because they definitely are slightly warped. Best of luck. Joel

Thin layer of black floating on top of the coolant in the overflow tank.

The 60 lbs optimizes the stretch. Any more would be too much. Most are now using the ARP studs with allen heads for removal while in the car. Those are optimized at 85 with 30wt motor oil and 80 with ARP moly lube.
