84 lack of power/speed

Hello I have an 84 T, and have a couple of questions. I have upgraded the fuel pump to a Holley High Flow pump, added 38lb injectors, and a Jet performance state 2 chip, as well as upgrading the turbo and adding an ajustable wastegate. had car dyno'd to diagnose lack of power, and got 255...
